Orders being delivered to remote or less accessible areas may take approximately 5–9 business days.

Yes. During Eid seasons, wedding seasons, sales, new collection launches, public holidays, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

What happens if I miss the courier's call?
Please keep your registered mobile number active after placing an order.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make another attempt according to its procedures. Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to HM Noor.
Can someone else receive my parcel?
Yes. A family member or another person available at your provided delivery address may receive the parcel on your behalf.
For COD orders, please make sure they know the correct payable amount.
Can I open my parcel before paying the courier?
Open-parcel service depends on the policy and service offered by the relevant courier company.
Unless specifically confirmed for your order, customers should not assume that a parcel can be opened before COD payment.

Delays outside our reasonable control may occur because of courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, road closures, strikes, security situations, remote-area limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
